Things you need to know when you book your event:

• Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your event (4 weeks for events including overnight rooms or food service)
• Guaranteed counts for food service and overnight room must be confirmed no later than three business days prior to your event.
• Your event will be publicly listed in several O'Connor Center event schedules. If you wish that your event not be listed, please notify our office.
• Please send us one of your brochures, posters, invitations, announcements, or registration materials. It is very helpful for us to have this information!
• You will be billed 7 to 10 days after your event. Please inform our office of a separate billing address, if applicable.
• Events canceled less than two weeks prior to scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Upon completion of your reservation, you will be sent an "Event Reservation Confirmation" which lists the details for your event. Please review it carefully and let us know of any changes that you would like to make. As plans become finalized, your event coordinator will update your confirmation regularly.
• No use of this facility inconsistent with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church will be scheduled.
