These are updates and additions which the Department of Financial Services has made since the distribution of this manual in January 2013.  It is the responsibility of each parish to maintain their manual with these updates.  We will continue listing any/all updates for 2013.  At the end of the calendar year, we will clear this list and begin a new list for 2014 updates.  It will be easiest to maintain your manual if you print the updated documents prior to the calendar year end (you will not need to check with each document (Tab) to see if it is noted as "Updated").
