Never disclose your passwords to anyone, not even Computer Support. There is no reason for anyone else to ever know your passwords. Anything anyone needs access to, they should be accessing with their own username & their own password. If you are currently sharing userIDs or passwords between multiple people please contact Computer Support so that we can set up individual access accounts.

You can change your passwords at any time. We recommend that you change them frequently, especially if you think someone else might know what your password is.

To change your password for:

• Windows (Logging in to your computer) - Press Ctr+Alt+Del while you are logged in to your computer, and click on Change Password
• First Class (E-mail) - Go to Collaborate -> Change Password
• Website (www.madisondiocese.org) - This is now the same as the Diocesan Hub Extranet System
• Diocesan Hub (Extranet) - Go to: https://madisondiocese.intimetools.com/ and log in. Then click on Change Password.

Those three logins are completely separate from each other, with separate passwords. You can make them all be the same if you want to, but you will have to change each one independent of the other three.

Reminder: Your user name is FirstName.LastName@straphael.org for Windows & Diocesan Hub. Your First Class user name has not changed.
