Annual Cluster Implementation Plans and Evaluations

Implementation Plans and Evaluations are part of the Trusting in the Spirit process in the Diocese of Madison. Their purpose is to help with accountability and communication as the parishes of the diocese work on the implementation of the Bishop’s Directives. Every cluster is required to complete both a Plan and an Evaluation annually. These documents are the responsibility of each parish’s Pastoral Council together as a cluster but previously have been done through the use of Implementation Committees. Each of these documents is described in more detail below, under "What are Annual Cluster Implementation Plans and Evaluations?"

The most recent Annual Cluster Implementation Plans and Evaluations as they are received and evaluated are made available by Cluster below. The Implementation Commission's responses to each plan have been included as the last page of the Cluster's Plan.
