This report, completed by the Cluster Implementation Teams, is due to the Implementation Commission annually on May 15, beginning in 2008. The purpose of the Annual Cluster Implementation Plan is to help parishes move forward and achieve the goals they are seeking to accomplish.

The first Annual Cluster Implementation Plans have been completed and are available by Cluster below. The Implementation Commission's reponses to each plan have been included as the last page of the Cluster's Plan.
