Office of Planning

The Office of Planning assists the bishop in formulating diocesan long-range and strategic pastoral plans, goals and objectives and works with parishes and diocesan offices to implement diocesan planning processes. As part of this work, this office:

• Provides training for parish pastoral and finance councils.
• Assists parishes with long-range and strategic planning processes.
• Assists with the linkage, cluster, and merger processes at the parish level.
• Communicates with parish clergy and staff about implementation processes through regularly published newsletters.
