What does the trip registration fee cover?
The registration fee covers overnight bus trips to and from Washington D.C., a two night hotel stay in the Hyatt Grand Regency near the Capital Building, two dinners, one breakfast and a Madison Diocese scarf. Additionally included in the YOUTH BUS registration fee is a long sleeve t-shirt, another dinner, a super sweet journal and entry into one of the coolest pro-life youth rally’s in the country the morning of the March for Life!
When do I have to register by?
We would like you to register and pay your $100 deposit by Monday, November 19th. However, given this is Madison’s first big pilgrimage together for the March for Life, we may fill up our two busses much earlier than that date. Though it could go the other way, and we still have spots waiting to be filled after November 12th, we would suggest you not wait and miss out!
What are the accommodations like in the hotel?
Four people will be assigned to each room. They will be separated by youth and adults, as well as by male or female. Adults can request roommates; youth will be assigned by Lindsay and the chaperones. A limited number of double occupancy rooms may be available for an additional $100/person. If that option is selected, married couples could stay in their own room.
