Publishers of catechetical materials from pre-school level, through high school, and adult programming have provided the Diocese with copies of their materials for use by parishes who are considering a new series or program. She can also refer you to an OEC staff member who will be able to advise on the strengths of the various publications.
Please note that it is diocesan policy that the religious education programs of Catholic schools and parishes select their textbooks from an approved list of options. At present, that list consists of all texts which have been found by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops' committee to be "in conformity with the Catechism of the Catholic Church."
