Utilizing the gifts and efforts of several experienced and qualified teachers, the specified Basic courses indicated below will be offered at their respective locations around the diocese. Evening sessions will begin at 6:30 p.m. and conclude at 8:30 p.m. unless otherwise stated.
1. (BOCCPC) Bishop O’Connor Catholic Pastoral Center (Map): The entire Basic course track (CAT 101-119) will be offered at the BOCCPC in Madison. The vast majority of classes will be held on Saturdays. The primary course track takes place on the second Saturday of the month for 8 consecutive months beginning October 10, 2009 and concluding May 8, 2010. Each of these day-long sessions begins with optional Holy Mass at 8:15 a.m., class beginning at 9:00 a.m., and the day concluding at 4:00 p.m. One two to three hour session will be conducted by national speaker Chris West on Friday evening, February 19, 2010. This session will fulfill the CAT 111 course, session hours LIF 7-8. CAT 101 will also be conducted January 16, and 30, 2010 according to the Saturday schedule above.
2. Cathedral Parish of St. Raphael, St. Patrick’s Church (Map): With the exception of the methodology courses and LIF 7-8, the remainder of the Basic Course track (CAT 101-115) will be offered at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church on Tuesday nights beginning September 8, 2009. These sessions will begin with Evening Prayer at 7:00 p.m. and instruction following. Msgr. Kevin Holmes will be providing much of the instruction in conjunction with the parish RCIA program. See schedule on page 7 of this document for class and date details.
3. Baraboo, St. Joseph’s (Map): The Introduction to Sacred Scripture course (CAT 101) will be offered at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Baraboo in conjunction with their offering of the Bible Timeline series with Tom Smith from Ascension Press as indicated below. To register, click here.

4. Beloit, Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church: The Introduction to Sacred Scripture course (CAT 101) will be offered at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Parish in Beloit six consecutive Thursday evenings beginning February 4, 2010 and concluding March 11, 2010 according to the schedule below. 5. Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Darlington, WI (Map). The course in Sacred Scripture (CAT 101) will be offered at Holy Rosary Parish each Tuesday evening beginning September 22, 2009 and concluding October 27, 2009. The courses on the Creed and Sacraments (CAT 107, 109) may also be offered in the Spring, dates to be determined. All classes will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
6. St. Joseph Catholic Church, Dodgeville, WI (Map). The course in Sacred Scripture (CAT 101) will be offered at St. Joseph’s Parish each Tuesday evening beginning October 20, 2009 and concluding November 24, 2009. The courses on the Creed and Sacraments (CAT 107, 109) may also be offered in the Spring, dates to be determined. All classes will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
7. Footville, St. Augustine Catholic Church: The Introduction to Sacred Scripture course (CAT 101) will be offered at St. Augustine’s Catholic Parish in Footville beginning January 20th and 27th. Dates for the Bible Timeline series to be determined. To register, click here.

8. St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Janeseville, WI (Map). The course in Sacred Scripture (CAT 101) will be offered at St. John Vianney each Tuesday evening beginning October 13, 2009 and concluding November 17, 2009. The courses on the Creed and Sacraments (CAT 107, 109) will also be offered in the Spring on Tuesday evenings beginning January 12 and ending February 16, 2010. All classes will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
9. St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Jefferson, WI (Map). The course in Sacred Scripture (CAT 101) will be offered at St. John the Baptist in the school gym each Tuesday evening beginning October 6, 2009 and concluding November 10, 2009. The courses on the Creed and Sacraments (CAT 107, 109) will also be offered in the Spring at the same location, each Tuesday evening beginning February 2 and concluding March 9, 2010. All classes will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
10. St. Clement Catholic Church, Lancaster, WI (Map). The course in Sacred Scripture (CAT 101) will be offered at St. Clement each Tuesday evening beginning September 29, 2009 and concluding November 3, 2009. The courses on the Creed and Sacraments (CAT 107, 109) will also be offered in the Spring at the same location on selected Tuesday evenings beginning February 23, and concluding April 13, 2010. All classes will be from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
11. St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Lodi, WI (Map). The course in Sacred Scripture (CAT 101) will be offered at St. Patrick’s each Monday evening beginning October 26, 2009 and concluding November 30, 2009. The courses on the Creed and Sacraments will also be offered in the Spring at the same location,on selected Monday evenings beginning March 15, 2010 and concluding May 3, 2010. 12. St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Montello, WI (Map). The course in Sacred Scripture (CAT 101) will be offered at St. John the Baptist each Tuesday evening beginning September 15, 2009 and concluding October 20, 2009. The courses on the Creed and Sacraments (CAT 107, 109) will also be offered in the Spring on selected Tuesday evenings beginning March 16, 2010 and concluding May 4, 2010. 13. Platteville, St. Augustine University Parish: The Introduction to Sacred Scripture course (CAT 101) will be offered at St. Augustine University Parish in Platteville on five consecutive Monday evenings between January 25 and February 22, 2010, according to the schedule below.
