Observation types: Basal body temperature, cervical mucus and an optional cervical check, with additional information on the impact of breastfeeding on fertility.
Class type: Couples learn this method during 3 main group sessions, with optional postpartum and premenopause classes also available. Private chart reviews/ follow up are also available.

Observation type: A mucus-only method that uses a very specific coding system to differentiate among types of mucus produced by the woman’s cervix when she is becoming fertile.
Fee Includes: Intro Session and materials. Follow-ups are private and scheduled with instructor for a separate fee (up to 8 sessions over a one year period).
Class type: One-hour Intro Session, followed by 8 follow-ups over the next year.Notes: Couples receive regular individual attention and have flexibility in scheduling.
Notes: If needed, offers seamless referral to physicians trained in NaProTechnology for help with infertility and other medical issues.
Observation type: An easy-to-learn method that identifies fertile and infertile times of a woman's cycle based on sensation and identification of cervical mucus.
Class type: A one-hour introductory session, followed by routine follow-ups.
Fee Includes: Intro Session, materials and first 5 follow-ups (scheduled individually). Additional follow-ups carry a separate fee.
Notes: Classes and follow-ups are scheduled at the learners' convenience.

Observation types: Couples choose 1-3 of following observations: resting body temperature readings, mucus observations and urine testing (with a Clear Plan Fertility Monitor) allows a couple to chart the onset of fertility on a graph for interpretation.
