The ParishSOFT Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document is meant to be a guide for parishes in the entering of data and a tool to facilitate consistency throughout parishes. These standards will be used to review parish data once your ParishSOFT database is synchronizing with Diocese. We will be working with parishes whose data differs from this document so that there is a consistent format for data throughout the Diocese.
We encourage parishes to offer feedback and suggestions, from spelling to policy issues. Parish experience is vital to helping us improve our SOP.
