The Sacrament of Penance

Also called the Sacrament of Reconciliation or Confession.

First Penance

Instruction is given for 2nd Grade children in the fall using a communal celebration for their first experience. Parent involvement is key in preparation for this sacrament. First penance should precede First Communion preparation.

Sacrament of Penance

Private: Saturdays: 9:15 am or anytime by appointment

Communal: Offered during the Advent and Lenten seasons (before Christmas and Easter)
