This method adds a hormone tracker using a ClearBlue Monitor and sometimes adds the mucus sign and/or the temperature sign. Marquette Method instructors are registered nurses and will work with you virtually. This NFP method is appropriate for all couples choosing to use NFP. GROUP CLASSES
Standard / Marriage Prep option: Meet with your instructor and up to five other couples in an online meeting. Individual, unlimited follow-up for your personal needs is included for a minimum of 1 year from the class date.
Cost for instruction/follow-ups for 1 year: $150. Additional costs include: a Clearblue Monitor at about $120 or more and test strips for about $1.50 each. Check with instructor for approximate monthly cost of test strips.The standard intro class includes the introductory class content and optional marriage preparation information. Follow-up meetings are usually scheduled at 1, 3, and 6 months of charting, or more or less often depending on your needs.
Class time 60-90 minutes.
Individual Classes
Receive personal attention for your needs. This class is great for anyone, and ideal for women with irregular cycles, those who are postpartum, breastfeeding, in perimenopause, or have PCOS. Follow-up is included for a minimum of one year from the class date.
Cost for instruction/follow-ups for 1 year: $225 with additional materials' costs as described above.
Class time 60-90 minutes.
Meet with your instructor one-on-one and review the specific protocols for your unique situation. Spanish classes available. Follow-ups will be scheduled depending on your needs.
